Client acquisition for a fine-dining restaurant

The project

Le Samouraï is an institution of Japanese fine dining in Brussels, open since 1974, featured in the Michelin and Gault & Millau guides. An already renowned and profitable restaurant. The challenge was therefore not to save it, but to scale its operations and broaden its clientele. The restaurant still relied largely on word of mouth, so I modernized its entire acquisition strategy.

What I put in place

I first redesigned the website around conversion, a modern design that highlights the story of the place, clear information on menus and booking, and strategic calls to action. I then deployed a multi-channel advertising strategy on Google Ads and Meta, with continuous tracking and adjustments to maximize the return on each platform.

The results

For 29,200 euros invested in advertising, the campaigns generated 315,557 euros in revenue, an average return on ad spend of 10.8. On Google Ads, ROAS reached 15.16 with a cost per booking of 14.50 euros. Meta, complementary, reached a broader audience with a ROAS of 6.45. In total, more than 1,400 bookings attributed to the campaigns.

What it shows

This case proves my ability to work with established brands to scale their acquisition, not only to launch projects from scratch. Understanding premium positioning, building a conversion funnel, and running profitable performance advertising.
